PREPARE

In answer to the Antediluvian, Caine decided to create a sacrificial pit on
the Vampire Temple. Now, a common mortal can be classed vampire without
losing his newbie flag.

The target that wishes to become a vampire needs to:

 Syntax : prepare

The vampire who will assist in the process calls upon the dark powers of
Caine to remove the willing target soul.

 Syntax : sacrifice 'Target'
