Apparently if you 'sell artifact' when at a npc that isn't Locke, you get
the message that, 'Locke looks uninterested in that item.'  Instead of
something telling you that you're at the wrong mob.  I spent almost two
minutes trying to figure out why I couldn't sell my standard artifacts, and
was about to post a note asking if it's been changed where you can't sell
them anymore.  Then decided to try 'buy artifact' and see if that artifact
could be sold, only to get the message, 'Larron tells you 'I don't sell that
-- try 'list''.' , Which explained things to me.  Might see about changing
it to let you know Locke isn't in the room?
