Toggle to loot accesssories only (light, rings, talismans) 

First, I assume this was intended for the ideas board.  Second, this is
doable via the junk filter.  Turn on the toggle for armor.  Turn off the
toggle for weapons.  Then set your junk filter with something like the
following: 'set junk plat brea crow cha knig apr hero nov new squ mast'
This, if I'm not mistaken should catch everything except grandmaster and
king quality rings/talismans/orbs/lamps/shards.
