Salvagable Bases

If I build a wall, or lay down a floor, or build a refinery, or whatever,
it'd be nice to have a way to be able to move said object - either by
destroying it and getting resources (maybe not 100%?) Back, or being able
to physically move them somehow. As it is, you've got to build your base
perfectly how you want it the first time, as there's no changes (or there
doesn't seem to be). The expensive alternative, of course, is to relocate
and build another base.

me to move things around, however I noticed no 'return on investment'. My
idea might change, then, to a small kickback (10%? 20%?) Of resources used
in creation. For example, get 1 or 2 (or all?) Pieces of wood logs when
destroy floors, stone blocks when destroy stone walls, etc.

one. Yeah, this is probably not a bad idea. :)
