Hey fbee reminded me I noticed it when i rolled pinky as well.  EXP goes
negative when you first make your character and you have to grind a bit to
get it to flip back over before you can get past level 1 

I saw this when i created Syd, but have been unable to recreate the bug :( If you have any ideas as to why its happening post a reply.
