Currently 'cure venom' completely nullifies a serpent ninjas envenom. 
'Cure venom' on first cast removes part of the tick damage and decreases the
stat debuff from envenom.  A second cure venom removes all effects of
envenom completely.  The problem comes when the victim of envenom
deliberately casts 'cure venom' only once.  The weakened form the venom
prevents the serpent ninja from recasting envenom.  Suggestion: Make the
envenom innate like dimmak for lotus ninjas.  Permit envenom to stack like
dimmak.  'cure venom' will remove venom stacks or remove stacks by 50%
(absolute pecentage at imms discretion)
