Anyone at or over pk status 5, should be fair game. If you have made it
that far, you have demonstrated some skill/ability to pk. A player with 5pk
status should be able to attack anyone with 5status or more, other wise you are
you could be sitting at 5 status for a while, with noone in range, even though
there are players that you could possibly kill, but they have more status than
you currently do.
