Bandage used to rid of bleeding immediately. I think bandage should be similar
to other neg affect commands in that one can remove it, but not with one shot.
However, with the change, you just added a beefy bleed that is hard to rid of
so the melee classes who can use it,where it stacks in damage, are unbalanced
because they already have huge hit bonuses with melee and strength.
Some classes rely on fire or venom or some stackable damage because they don't
have another beefy damage adder.
So, I would make bandage take the bleeding away much quicker, which still helps
the melee classes in that you can not instantly heal, but not as difficult as it
currently is.

take a bit more off of fire as well. Even though they need to take more off
I don't believe that the change needs to be dramatic, but it does need
a bit more on each. Maybe bandage should fail sometimes like rolldirt?
