Shackles are used by Torment demons to keep their prey
from fleeing. However, they can be used for a variety
of attacks. Shackle Hurl (Direction) will break the
shackle and hurl the victim from the room. Shackle Crush
will wrap your chains around the victim, crushing their
bones.
